Love this place. Great customer service. Love the merchandise you can find almost anything you want to create.

I visited because I read reviews that said they sold lucky bamboo (dracaena sanderiana) plants at reasonable prices. I was not disappointed! They had a good selection, such as single 4" cuttings for $1.50, medium sized bundles at $8.99, and large bundles at $11.99. They also have premade arrangements in beautiful sculpted pots for $15-$30. All the plants had very healthy roots and weren't yellowed at all, as they were kept near a window in near ideal conditions. The only exception was some of the bundles stored nearest to the window, because it's a south-facing window and during the winter the sun comes in and hits the leaves directly, burning them and turning them yellow. This was only an issue for the 2-3 bundles closest to the window, as the rest of them were in filtered light and were therefore thriving. Seeing as I am looking to experiment a lot with this plant, I got a large bundle for $11.99. The cashier was very nice, sold me a bucket for $0.99, and put some drinking (not tap) water in it, because he knew tap water would hurt the plant. I went in for mother's days flowers and vase and the store signature says flowers on the shelf were 3.99 so I grabbed 6 of them and two vases that were meant to hold 3 bunches of flowers each. The vases were dusty which I didn't mind they price tag says 5 dollars on the vase and it was two of the same vase. So how I spent 71 dollars is beyond me I definitely ain't a math major. And not even did I complain about the dust on the vases but when I got home I realized I am missing a bouquet of flowers. I wasn't too satisfied with my experience the cashier was friendly but was on the phone while working. So I don't believe I'll be shopping here again.

I used to LOVE this store . I always told everyone , “it’s my favorite dollar store you have to go.” I’ve given them LOTS of business since they’ve been open! They are never friendly even though I shop there frequently. I always persevere- say hello and try to engage- nothing! I always spend a good deal there- never just $5. $25- $92 . 92 on last visit buying items to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. I needed balloons filled- lots of balloons. He literally told me I was interrupting his lunch. Gee, I’m sorry I am giving you money?! Why I stayed I’ll never know. Balloons all deflated and were on ground the next morning. 17 hours to be exact. Time , money, decor ruined. Not even 24-hr which he guaranteed. I’m just really sad because I loved shopping there . I can no longer in good conscience shop there and I am going to spread the word. So disappointing as I prefer to support local businesses. No loyalty or appreciation on their part. Really lousy feeling .

This 99 cent store has the most healthy and amazing priced bamboo plants and more! I purchased a bamboo, beta fish, and vase today. Definitely going back to buy more!!!
